Most insurance companies only cover RMT's, and sadly we currently DO NOT have an RMT(Registered Massage Therapists). So we won't be able accept insurance as payment.
We can provide a receipt if you would like to try but I would seriously doubt they would accept it.

If you booked online please login and go to my bookings and cancel the appointment through there. This way the attendant will be notified and space will be freed up for someone else to book.

You are more than welcome to walk-in but keep in mind randomly we have busy times and all the attendants may be busy. So book ahead to avoid dissapointment.
We accept debit, visa, and mastercard. All of which WILL NOT show details of a Spa on your bank statement as we believe in discretion.
Yes, we have a back door(giggle) that you can enter and exit from. You can find more details on our location page.
If you entered your cell number wrong or used a fake(TextNow, TextMe app) number are the only reasons you wouldn't get your confirmation number sent. Please contact us and someone will delete your account so you can create it again with a valid phone number.
For reasons you should understand all specific questions on services should be asked to your attendant at the spa in private. Please DO NOT message or call asking private, sexual, rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate questions. We are a professional and discreet spa and expect you to remain respectful.
You can always see who's working by visiting our live schedule, it is always up to date and you can see a green dot when attendant is signed in and at the spa.
